Dear SEDXC members,
     
    The Club has an opportunity to be involved in an important legislative 
initiative that will positively affect DXCC.  I really cannot say more at this 
time except that I need a few volunteers, who are familiar with Excel and have 
a few hours of their time to donate this week.  We are operating on a short 
fuse.
