Wes, et al....
    A letter from the club would not do much good.  What is needed here is 
for every member to write an individual letter to his/her congressman and asking 
them to support the bill.  We also need bill sponsors.
    I have attached a sample letter, but would strongly suggest that it be 
changed and pesonalized instead of looking like a form letter.
    This is a rare opportunity and we need to all help out!
