I am getting ready to send out my first qsl's in probably 15 or 20 years.
Where can I get some information on "New" IRC's. I remember seeing a post
somewhere about a web site that lists how many IRC's you need for a
particular country.  In the distant past I bought them ago from W3HNK. Seems
like they were 3 for $1 ?? <hi>. What is a good place these days other than
the post office. Of course I don't even know how much they are at the post
office <g>..
