[SEDXC] Memorial Service for K4GA

Lloyd Seay, W4NT, was a DXer from Marietta and a staunch member of 
SEDXC, if my memory is right.  Sad that almost no one else remembers him.

I do agree that K4GA would be a good club call.  Cuba would probably 
agree with an appropriate request after a few weeks...at least after the 
memorial service, I'd say.

I have no opposition to changing the club call from W4NT to K4GA if the 
membership desires.  W4NT used to be licensed at N4RJ's house and he was 
the trustee.  Not sure about that now, but certainly Val should be 
consulted.  He has used the call W4NT over the years from his QTH, but 
he no longer has a station on the air.  I am not sure that Archie was 
ever a member of SEDXC, but know that he discussed meeting me at a SEDXC 
meeting, so he may have been a member.  If we changed to K4GA, it would 
probably be more because of the "GA" in the call than as a SEDXC 
memorial to Archie because he wasn't really active in the club, even if 
he was a member.
