A heads up on  SCARBOROUGH REEF   (BS7)

I will be in China in August visiting with Bin Fan who I used to work 
with. 
He is getting me a Chinese ham ticket for my visit.
Tapani (a first class DXer) is in Finland and he also is a retired IBMer.

Thanks, and BS7H is on the agenda, but whether it can be on air depends 
on many factors here...
