[SEDXC] New GQP Rules

As many of you know, the Georgia QSO party is co-sponsored by the SEDXC and
the SECC.  I would like to invite anyone interested to review the proposed
rules for the 2006 GQP at:

Of particular interest at this point is opinions on whether there should be
separate categories for CW-only and SSB-only.
