[SEDXC] 3YØX update

I'm the webmaster for www.peterone.com and I thought I'd try to keep the 
SEDXC reflector updated with progress on the Peter I DXpedition.

All the team members are in the air on their way to Chile/Argentina or are 
already on the ground there.  Current plans put them on the boat on 
Thursday or Friday to begin the six day voyage to Peter I.  Current plans 
put them on the air Feb 17 or 18 depending on seas/weather.

I'll post news as I get it here as well as on the website www.peterone.com

BTW, it was decided to move the site to a different, higher capactiy server 
over the weekend.  They way it was done caused the site to effectively 
disappear for more than 48 hours.  The DNS propagation is likely still not 
complete worldwide but it's working again in the Atlanta area (at least).
