[SEDXC] 30 meters authorized for 5Z4 effective 3/23/05

AS you probably know several countries including 5Z4 were not authorized to operate 30 meters.

GOOD NEWS:

Alex, 5Z4DZ was just authorized to operate on both 160 and 30 meters beginning yesterday.  This was announced by his QSL Manager PA1AW. 

It is not clear at this moment what this means for other Kenya stations.

REALLY GOOD NEWS:

I worked him at 0424Z last night on 10.102 Mhz.  A lot of QSB but good signal.  I am sure he will continue with extra effort on this band for awhile.
