[SEDXC] plate cap repair

I was getting an amplifier ready to sell on eBay for the widow of one of 
our local radio club members and decided that the tubes should probably 
be shipped separately.  When I went to remove the 811As from the amp, 
the plate cap came off of the tubes.  I don't see any sign, such as 
discoloration of the anodes, that the tubes were grossly over heated.  
The tubes have NO markings as to brand, so I think they are probably 
just cheap tubes and the cement didn't hold since the caps were on there 
really tightly.  I can solder the caps back on, but I was looking for 
suggestions about what cement to use, so maybe the next time, the caps 
will stay on.  73, Carl
