[SEDXC] K4JPD Repeater

It is located east of Atlanta near Douglasville.  It was up when I last 
checked, but it is not used too much.  It has a controller problem in 
that the three minute carrier timer does not reset properly when the 
input is dropped.  So every three minutes the transmitter will shut off 
mid-transmission for no apparent reason.  Unkeying and re-keying will 
reset the repeater.

Make sure you have the tone set per the Web site.  You may not be able 
to access the repeater depending on how high your antenna is.
