[SEDXC] Yaesu rotor

Gee, I didn't realize how many of you were "experts" on rotors.

It's fixed, ( trouble was a broken connection on pin 4 of the rotor
connector )
( as an aside, fyi, pins 6 and 7 in a 1000 SDX are not connected
inside the rotor )
( 6 is used only for the G-2800 )

Pin 4 is now connected to pin 4, 6 and 7. The rotor is happy, I'm
happy, and a special
"tip of the ole hat" to W4BUW.

Now, we get to go through mounting it on the tower again.
