[SEDXC] [SECC] Amateur Radio Antenna "CC&R Bill" Reintroduced in Congress

W4TE, N4NX and I all have up big towers largely due to the efforts of Jim Altman, W4UCK. Of course we are in Atlanta and Jim helped write the new tower ordinance after kicking Fulton County's butt in Federal court via PRB-1.....

I had to go before the neighborhood planning committee, the City Council, the Zoning review Board, and it had to be signed by the mayor.

Of course I had a variance sign in front of my home, had to get a Special Use Permit, and then get a building permit....  This was 1993.....

I fully support the new legislation!!
