I understand the QRT time for KH8SI to be 18 or 19 UTC Wednesday, August 2 UTC. One more evening, night, and morning. I've spent hours calling them on 17 SSB, 30 CW, and 20 CW with no luck. I did get them late last night on 20 SSB. 73, John, K4BAI.
