[SEDXC] KH8SI and 4O3T QSL notes

Please note that both KH8SI and 4O3T will accept one QSL per QSO but prefer
all on one card.

I put one QSO on the front and the rest on the back.

They probably will use those cards that open up with all your QSOs on the
right inside of the card.  Especially if OH2BH is involved.  I have received
cards from a number iof operations over the years that I did not QSL first
such as the recent ZA1A operation.  On this card the confirmed the contact
and also told you who (by call) worked you.  Mine was ZA/K7ZB on 160 and 75.
Comes via the buro so keep envelopes there at all times!
