[SEDXC] 4O6DX LOTW Info...

Logic8 does all the goofy steps you talk about for you.
But you do have to go through the initial pain of registering with ARRL, 
getting the post card back from the ARRL, downloading the TQSL software, 
etc.
It's really not that bad.
