[SEDXC] 4O6DX LOTW Info...

Hal,

Let me try and explain it to you...
I think the ARRL went way out on a limb to build this system with the hope
it would take off.
The payback will probably take a long time with infrastructure costs.
Servers, Network, Disk, Resources, etc.
The system not only supports DXCC, it now does WAS.
They will continue to add more and more enhancements if the user supports
it.
My hats off to them. So give them a break OK!

Don't get me wrong, I like the paper cards to. I do both...
But if it takes 3 years to get my QSL back from the Buro, that's fine with
me.

Hal, Since you have not claimed any credit, let me enlighten you...
The cost by the way is 10.00 plus your credits online.
But... if you recently sent a DXCC form in and check that box off on LOTW
when you do your online submission, they don't charge you anything but card
credits.
So it's really not as bad as what you make it to be.

I can see it being difficult if you don't have a logging program that
supports it.
But those that do, make it easy.

73,
Keith, K4KAL
