To all members,
>From time to time we place an order for SEDXC branded clothing (shirts, jackets, etc) for the members. At the August meeting, we'll ask if there is interest doing this again now. We also have a new option to consider and want to get your feedback on that as well.
Lands End
We have ordered from Lands End in the past and the quality is very good. Jim / W4TE is our contact and has offered to organize an order if there is sufficient interest. To order we need at least 6 items in any individual category. The cost of a logo is $8.00 per item of clothing. The logos and clothing are both very high quality. You can get an idea of items that can be ordered with logos at http://ocs.landsend.com/corpsales. It is important that we place the order as a club and not as individuals. Jim won't be at the next meeting so we'll pass the feedback on to him.
CafePress
There's another way of doing this. CafePress offers branded items and the selection includes clothing but also extends to coffee mugs, caps, buttons, etc. Please be aware the clothing items are not the same quality as Lands End but the cost is lower. Chaz / W4GKF has offered to set us up if we want to offer this. No minimum order, no cost to the organization. All he has to do is send them the logo and then you can get shirts, mugs, jackets, t-shirts, golf shirts, etc., etc. If you aren't familiar with CafePress, here is their website.

If digging out how it works from the top page is daunting, here's the Peter One example:
