Due to extenuating circumstances, we didn't get our newsletter out as early as we would like this month.   We are going to try and do better for the rest of the year.  We want to get the bulletin out at least a week before the meeting.  Rick does a great job of reminding us to get our articles in and putting it all together for us.  And thanks to Chaz for getting the finished product out quickly to the members.  It's a team effort, we just need to tighten it up a bit.  Here is our publication plan, we'll try our best to meet these commitments. 

- Rick will send a reminder on the second Monday of the month to the regular contributors (officers) but everyone is encouraged to submit an article.
- Articles are due in to Rick by the second Friday of the month (or sooner).
- Rick will publish (i.e. send to Chaz) the newsletter with the material he has received by the third Monday of the month.  

Here are the deadlines for the Monday reminder, the Friday due date and the Monday publication:
