Unknown to me, I had developed a cluster issue whereby users on KS4Q-1 and KS4Q or vice versa could not send talk messages to each other. It ended up being a configuration error by yours truly. Thanks to Hal N4GG and Bob W2WG for reporting it. It is now fixed! 73 , Ernie KS4Q
