[SEDXC] 80/40 Vertical is almost on the air

Many of you are curious so here is an update.  I just came in from
laying some ground radials and attaching the feedline on my HF2V. 
Initial checkout with the MFJ shows the best readings on Peter One's
80 & 40 main frequencies:

80M - 3.750 - SWR 2.2
R = 30   X = 25

40M - 7.093 - SWR 1.5:1
R = 37   X = 13

40ohm impedence on both.

Just a little tweaking is in order and I'll try feeding some real RF
to it and see what happens.
