I think I am making real progress on the antennas here at W6FO.

I made an RF choke out of a 3" dia. piece of PVC and 18 turns of
leftover RG-214 and installed it on the feedline to the 40/80 vertical
and it solved most of my RFI.

So I was tuning around on 75M tonight and broke into a net on 3805. 
Most of the guys were in OH and KY and copied me just fine and all
said I was 5n9.  So I did some more tuning around of the dial and
heard VE3CNX come up on 3793.  I threw out my call and he came back
with a 5n9!

I am very happy with my first 75M DX contact, I guess I need to get
some QSL cards printed now!
