Just a suggestion, call Gary Poorman, K4VT, 770-555-1212, he loves vhf operation and owns the tower that JPD is located own.  I think everyone should call at least 5 times every hour to complain!  Oh yeah, ask why it ID's as "RPD."  What the heck is a "RPD"??? *****
