Too bad Swain's Island was not made effective to last year's KH8SI
operation.

Geez will ARRL stop fooling with DXCC.  I suspect the recent rule change is
going to add a few more before its over.

Now if N7NG can be moved somewhere else so we can delete BS7H (Martti's
platform).  At Least KH8 has enough land to put up a tent and antenna
without a platform!
