[SEDXC] More on KH8SI

Finally worked them on 17 and then 20.  FO/KM9D was S9 on 17 so I assumed
KH8SI would peak up and he did.  On 20 they seemed to be coming LP as VK6HD
was on at the same time S9+.

Floyd N5FG tells me Tom N4XP/V7 told him that there was a major effort
planned for November.

The 20 CW operation is legit and going finally.  They must plan to be there
awhile as they are putting up low band antennas (40 already up).
