[SEDXC] SELL - Personal Winter Hamfest - Phase I

Yes! – It’s time for me to explore other equipment. All items work, look the 
way they should and live in a non-smoking environment.  At this point, and 
at these prices, I won’t entertain risking damage by shipping any of this 
exceptional equipment.  You can pick up or I’ll be happy to meet or deliver 
within the metro Atlanta area or some reasonably close distance. First price 
listed is to dues paying club member.  For reference, prices to non-club 
members follow and are shown in parenthesis ().

As “Phase I” the following classic dxing station is offered:

Kenwood TS-940SAT $595 ($725)– Classic HF Xcvr in exceptional condition with 
cascaded 500 Hz CW filters, Original manual, 7 pin DIN plug with cable and 
installed RCA plug for amplifier relay.  New Heil 8 pin mic plug included.  
No mic. Solid performer, no issues!

Alpha 76A $675 ($775)– Classic HF Amp using two (2) Eimac 8874’s.  160 – 10 
meters.  New multimeter and blower motor – very quiet!  Excellent output.  
Original carton, original manual.

Two (2) 8874 Eimac “valves” for the Alpha 76A. $225 ($295) total for the 
pair if sold with Alpha - $325 if sold after Alpha. One is a good pull, the 
other is new – only plugged in to check.  These will not be sold unless the 
76A is sold first.

The total to a dues paying club member is $1495 for this complete (ok – you 
need a mic and a keyer) classic dxing station!  Of course I will sell the 
items individually as shown but it would be nice to put someone immediately 
on the air with the combination.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Everything is being offered first to dues paying club members - yes, it pays 
to pay your dues!  What’s left will go on qth, eham and qrz in a few days at 
the absolutely firm non-club member prices shown.

Since one of our club goals is to increase membership, if you know someone 
who is not currently a member and they are looking for outstanding gear, 
this would be a great inducement to have them join the club and save some 
money!
