[SEDXC] HP Diode Cross Reference

Anyone have access to any HP PIN Diode cross reference material.

Ideally, I'm trying to find a matched pair of HP 5082-3081's for a
project and these seem to be pretty obscure or I have to buy them in
100 or 500 lots when I am able to find them.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
