I don't understand why so many people persist in calling Annobon, 
Pagalu.  It has not been Pagalu for many years and then was only called 
that for a short time.  Pagalu is the name of the village where the 
Previous dictator was born, so he named the island after his birth 
place.  After they executed him, they changed the name back to Annobon
