[SEDXC] Penninger Tipping Bases

Is anyone using any of the Penninger Tipping Bases yet?  I know Tad
was pretty psyched about them at Stone Mtn. last year.  I wonder how
they'd do in a semi-perm installation with a small tri-bander,
properly guyed of course, at 35'.

I'm still looking at alternatives to a full blown tower and bolting
stuff to the house.
