He came up again at 0228 and was having some mic problems called CQ then did not really listen and said QSY to 28495. HE was now S7 so I had no chance altho he was loudest yet on 20. Just wish they would come up between 2030 and 2200 when long path is open and I can work them on the beam. They spend less time on 20 SSB than anywhere! Dave K4JRB
