Maybe a look at the sheer number of members might be worth while. At
my count according to Chas's publishing of the members list, we have
somewhere between 198 and 232. At at $.0.39 per shot, that can get
expensive.

And getting the whole proposed amendments on a post card is going to
require I be furnished a 300 power scope to read it.

However, printing a sufficient number of copies for distribution
at the meeting might work out, provided we get that regular mail
bit out of the way first.

This might work. Mail out postcards with ONLY the regular
email/regular motion to the C&BLs printed. Vote on that ONLY at
the meeting, and adjorn the meeting. Take out little break, and then
the President ( or most senior officer presnt ) reconveen the meeting
to consider the other items.

Incidentally, trying to circumvent the BLs is impossible. I think
more discussion should be made as to 'what' changes should be
made.
