[SEDXC] QSL Questions

Fellas,
   
  I've got cards to send to 4 countries that do appear on the websites I've checked as to whether they take/prefer IRC or GS. They are:
   
  Guatemala
  Slovak Republic
  Macedonia
  Serbia
   
  Here's my question: can I ever go wrong sending one IRC to countries such as these?  Or is there another website I haven't found yet (other than the links from AC6V)?  
   
  In my searching, I read an article about sending direct to Russia and the recommendation not to send GS because the envelopes are often opened.  In your collective experience, is this still a good practice which should probably also include the new Russian Republics (Latvia, Estonia, etc)?
