Just passing this information on... (Please feel free to forward to others.)
I know some of you on this reflector belong to the group that uses 146.88 repeater.
The interference is very bad.

Hello,

I am a FCC Licensed Amateur Radio operator.

I was driving along Windy Hill towards South Cobb tonight on my way to Scalini's.

I noticed my Amateur Radio Equipment went nuts about 1/2 mile from the corner of

Windy Hill and South Cobb. I am going to assume that there must be a problem

with the traffic equipment at that location, but not 100% sure.

The closer I got, the more interference I received.

It was so bad, I could not hear the person I was talking too.

I went as far as driving up and down South Cobb, and noticed once I got 1/2 mile away from that corner

my equipment work normally and the interference was gone.

I want to speak someone about this with the county before I notify the FCC of a possible violation.
