[SEDXC] Where did I read this?

I recently was reading in either one of the DX bulletins or a CQ magazine article that some HAM wrote a software program that worked in concert with Google Earth to display Grid Fields and Squares.  Can anyone tell me where I saw this?  Or did I dream it?
