[SEDXC] BS7H QSL

I see that some of the fellows have their BS7H QSLs in hand (too late for
Top of the Honor Roll this year anyway).

I sent my card along to Steve KU9C right after the QSO
but somehow QSLs to Steve from Norcross seem to get lost.

I was Top of the SSB Honor Roll in 1982 but have had to run to keep up with
the 11 or 12 added since..whew!
