[SEDXC] HV6A legit? - qsl rte?

Hello

I finally may have snagged HV6A (the first call in a WPX pileup).
Unfortunately, I can't find a thing about this callsign anywhere.
Does anyone know anything about this guy?

I had one response from a vk on the dx list - said he is "probably legit
cuz he's been spotted for 2 weeks"
However, no info on who he is or how to QSL

I'm hoping this is a special call assigned for WPX that just doesn't
show up in my meager sources.
