[SEDXC] Thanks and new question

Thanks on 5L2MS.  Back in the 70's and before Lineria was easy.  They are on
40 right now (7076) but getting clobbered by SV9CVY on 7075.

New question.  3C7Y is very weak on 18.144.8 this afternoon (nothing on my
wires) S2 maybe on the beam at 86 feet.  Stations as close as K4SV say he is
loud.  He is working from W2 to the West Coast and an XE2 says he is 5/9+.
I know my antenna is working as H40MY is 589 on 17 CW.   I noticed the 5L2
peaked at S9 when worked and faded out in a few minutes.  Anyone else notice
this?
