Boy you have to work them before the band goes out.  Both C52C and 5L2MS
were 5/9 on 15 and then the band dropped out.  LZ was loud and then gone and
I sat on OD5NH for 30 minutes until he peaked at 5 8 to 9.  Got a 5/5 and
then he went back to just moving the meter.  Same on 17.  ES7FQ and EW7AR
came back on first call
then 10 minutes later were GONE.

Tried two orr three on 20 but not a chance.

Best chance fror good Q's seems to be around 1200Z and again at 1500Z.   &
Mhz seems to be good aroung 0100 and Pacific after 0630Z.  Tough
sledding on 20 anytime.

SEveral nive ones listed on 12 and 10 (C91 and VP8) but nada here.
