We had a situation like that up in NJ.  Recording, triangulating, and use of
someone who knew Spanish came up with enough info to turn them over to the
FCC and got them off 2m.

They were very strong here.

I was on 147.590 this morning and was hearing two stations speaking Spanish.
I think they may have been on .585 or .595 as they sounded a little off
frequency.  I never heard them ID in English so someone is probably using 2
meters as their private comm.  Anyone in ATL able to hear these guys?  It
was around 8 AM this morning when I heard them...  73 Mike K4PI
