I don't know if it's still available, but a VK wrote a program called 
"Mailwasher" a few years ago.

I think there was a free version for some length of time, then you
have to pay a modest fee for it.

What it does is intercept ALL incoming mail before it gets to your
browser. If you check a message off as spam, it automatically responds
to the message with a fake message saying "no such address" or such.
Once done, it automatically deletes all incoming mail on its
"blacklist"
