[SEDXC] W4 callsign spamming

Several years ago, the top spammer in the Soviet Union was found beaten to
death in his Moscow apartment. I must admit that personally I rather enjoyed
hearing about that. I usually feel somewhat guilty since I'm not sure the
punishment really fit the crime, but there have been many moments both
before and since that my guilt would evaporate and that thought would bounce
around my head with the hope that some of his cohorts would meet a similar
fate.
