[SEDXC] Plasma TV's - RFI

I think it might be other factors. Manufacturer probably being the key 
indicator. I have an large old tube set that puts a signal every 50 Khz on 
twenty meters. I've been waiting for it to die for three years so I could 
get another TV :-)
