Ok gang.  I was not told the entire story.  My advice to those who won't pay
is to wait for LoTW.

Being retired I just can afford to send $$$ for each band country only New
ones.  The XYL keeps my ham budget very short err zero based HI.

I am mad at OH2BH.  He told us that to make a nice contribution he would
send along a card.  Guess when ARRL decided to not count FJ  for 2007 all
bets are now off.  Guess I will send a card to F6EXV or that TO5RZ bunch.
Then use LoTW to confirm the other bands.
