[SEDXC] Is Bob K4UEE in Aruba at P4OR?

According to Pathfinder, Bob was the manager for P40R
for CQWWCW in 97 and CQWWSSB in 99.  Somebody is down
there for CQWPX RTTY now but Im thinking it's not Bob.
