[SEDXC] Honor Roll submission question

The DXCC Honor roll and Annual List closes March 31st.   I have my BS7H card
to give to Bill N4NX.  But the messages I get from ARRL are mixed.  I know
they wil keep the Honor Roll open until all cards before March 31st have
been processed.  This will put me at 373.

But as I understand it the FJ cards won't count for this Honor roll listing
even if OH2BH send me my card as he promises (I have not sent along a card
for the F6EXV operation yet).

Am I correct?
