[SEDXC] Mitt Romney and Ham Radio

I would guess that Gov Romney actually has no clue what ham radio 
actually is and probably associates it with the radio communications he 
views when he's watching "Duke's of Hazard" episodes where Boss Hog is 
using his CB to direct the sherrif's department. It was obviously a 
statement of apathetic ignorance. In my experience it is very difficult 
to convince someone about the worth of ham radio unless they actually 
want to be convinced. Most people just nod and say "ummm... yah, ok" 
without much understanding or interest. It's always worth the effort to 
try though!
