I never heard signal of TO5RX on March 26, 2008.   However, if TO5RX is correct call sign, I guess that QTH is Saint Barthelemy Is. French West Indies (New DXCC count) same as QRV of TO5FJ (QSL confirmed) & TO5RZ (QSL confirmed).
