[SEDXC] I need a bit of help with a project

Anyone out there have a working nekkid SATA disk drive I could borrow 
for a day?  Any capacity.

I have a SATA external enclosure with a bad drive (mechanical 
failure).  Before I scrap the whole thing, I'd like to determine if 
the enclosure/interface is still good; if so I'll buy a new SATA drive for it.

Anyone?
