I am selling my High Sierra HS-1800 Pro antenna (black in color with 6 foot
black powder coated whip) with High Sierra mounting bracket assembly,
control cable/coax combination, ground strap and Icom control box for $400.
The antenna works great and I am selling it because I traded my gas guzzling
pick-up for a smaller vehicle. The antenna new (without the mounting
bracket, Icom control box. Ground strap and coax/control cable) costs $395
plus shipping, so this is a pretty good deal. I am also selling the N2VC
Turbo Tuner automatic screwdriver antenna controller that I used with the
HS-1800 and my IC-7000. This device allows the antenna to be tuned with the
"tune" button on the radio. New, this device costs $269 plus shipping. I'm
selling mine for $225. I will sell the antenna and associated items with
the Turbo Tuner as a package for $600.
I plan to list this on QTH.com in a few days, but wanted to offer it to the
SEDXC membership first. I live in Calhoun, but would be willing to meet you
in north Atlanta to deliver the antenna and other items. In fact, I may be
making a HRO run on Saturday and could meet you there.
73,
Bill
