[SEDXC] Rohn 25 mounting plate

Hello All,

Does anyone have a mounting plate for Rohn 25?

I am not sure of the correct/exact name for the plate.

It would typically be used to mount Rohn to a concrete base 
with large bolts inserted into the concrete at pouring.

I have a Rohn section cut off, but accessable already in the 
ground. I thought the mounting plate might make a good 
adapter in order to mount a larger size (18") aluminum 
tower.
