[SEDXC] TOP DX countries

I've received several (direct to me) suggestions about QSLing.  I 
appreciate these.  I have about 275 countries right now so I'm doing OK 
on QSLs myself.  I'll forward the comments received in an email to the 
NF club members for their use.

The best suggestion for the TOP DX list came from W3WL and appears at:

Now this is the top 200 (needed) and is from 2003 but it's probably 
still pretty good for what I'm trying to share with some of the newer 
DXers. In other words, the "bottom" 125 are still about the same as 2003!

I guess my question should have been "What countries should I just wait 
for a buro card because by the time I get to 100 countries, I'll have 17 
more from that country?" Perhaps I'm just too cheap but I can't see 
sending Green Stamps to German, French, or Italian hams for a QSL.   
That's what I'm trying to get at.  And besides I use LoTW...  :)

Thanks.   Keep the ideas coming.  And yes, I was at Bill Barr's 
excellent talk on QSLing a few months back so I have notes from that.
